Og det er med god grund. Her er der tale om en mand, der \u201deats, sleeps and breathes\u201d social media.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Bigums erfaring fra rollen som ekspert har gjort ham til en efterspurgt foredragsholder og velrenommeret kursusleder, og i kraft heraf har han p\u00e5 kun f\u00e5 \u00e5r hjulpet tusindvis af danskere s\u00e5vel erhvervsfolk som private med at optage l\u00e6ring om de sociale medier.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>I l\u00f8bet af december lancerede Thomas en julekalender, hvor han bl.a. proklamerede, at 2014 blev \u00e5ret, hvor mediemonitorering slog igennem.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Vi har spurgt 3 r\u00e5dgivere indenfor digitale medier om monitorering. I denne uge er det <a href=\"http:\/\/thomasbigum.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Thomas Bigum<\/a>, social medie r\u00e5dgiver i Bigum&amp;Co:<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hvorfor bliver 2014 det \u00e5r, hvor mediemonitorering sl\u00e5r igennem?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Det g\u00f8r det fordi, nu har virksomhederne fattet at det ikke handler om at komme ind p\u00e5 sociale medier. Vi tr\u00e6der ind i en fase, hvor det handler om at f\u00e5 noget ud af at v\u00e6re der, og virksomhederne har ikke et godt begreb om lytte hvordan man lytter til samtalerne p\u00e5 nettet. Samtidig kan mediemonitorering hj\u00e6lpe p\u00e5 ROI, s\u00e5 man ikke bare t\u00e6ller likes p\u00e5 facebook. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Virksomhederne skal et gear op, og hvis de skal rykke i det gear skal de have fat i monitorering, og derefter kan man m\u00e5le, hvad man g\u00f8r og blive virkelig skarp til sit h\u00e5ndv\u00e6rk. Det kr\u00e6ver at man er god til at monitorere. Vi venter stadig p\u00e5 god software. De er ikke helt gode nok endnu, og de forskellige v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer er lige langt. De er so-so og det h\u00e6mmer lidt for at komme&nbsp; i gang med monitorering. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>S\u00e5 i samme moment, som jeg siger, at det kommer til at handle om monitorering, siger jeg ogs\u00e5, at virksomhederne ikke bare skal fare ud og tro, alt er reddet ved at k\u00f8be en monitoreringstjeneste. Pt. ligger udbyderne i albuekamp og k\u00e6mper for at komme frem med deres produkt.<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hvad skal man bruge mediemonitorering til, n\u00e5r man endelig kommer i gang?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Man skal lytte f\u00f8r man taler. Vi har skulle vende tingene p\u00e5 hovedet. I 2011 og 2012 l\u00f8b man som virksomhed ind p\u00e5 medierne og bare begyndte at tale. Den er undskyldt, for man l\u00f8b ind til en fest, der hed Facebook, hvor alle talte og der var altid plads til en til. Men spillet har \u00e6ndret sig. Der er blevet mere kompakt p\u00e5 nettet, der er kommet mere content. Hvis virksomhederne skal v\u00e6re effektive nu, s\u00e5 skal de g\u00f8re sig nogle overvejelser og der skal man lytte f\u00f8r man taler. Det er meget d\u00e9t virksomheder skal fokusere p\u00e5.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Hvis man er dygtig til at lytte og \u201dengage\u201d, s\u00e5 f\u00e5r man dybest set et bedre ROI. Man skal huske at social media ikke kun er Twitter og Facebook. Det er ogs\u00e5 social media at v\u00e6re p\u00e5 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.min-mave.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">minmave.dk<\/a>. Det n\u00e6rmer sig social business at v\u00e6re transparent og v\u00e6re tilstede, hvor ens forbrugere er. Fx skal community-manageren fra tv2 m\u00e5ske have en profil p\u00e5 minmave.dk, for der er ogs\u00e5 off-topic emner, og der bliver ens produkt diskuteret, som i dette tilf\u00e6lde kunne v\u00e6re <a href=\"http:\/\/www.overskrift.dk\/search?q=%22vild+med+dans%22\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u201dVild med Dans\u201d<\/a>. P\u00e5 et forum for m\u00f8dre kan du godt v\u00e6re, for at h\u00f8re om der er off-topic elementer. Selvom man ikke s\u00e6lger baby-mad kan man f\u00e5 meget ud af &nbsp;sin tilstedev\u00e6relse p\u00e5 anderledes medier. Man skal have en profil oprettet, s\u00e5 man er klar.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Man skal v\u00e6re klar p\u00e5 hele det sociale net. Forums og blogs. Pointen er, at man skal have en mere social tilgang til nettet. Det handler om hjemmebane og udebane. Hjemmebanen er p\u00e5 Facebook, og der larmer man om sig selv. Kapitel to handler om, at man h\u00f8rer, hvad folk siger om en p\u00e5 udebanen. Man styrer ikke resten af nettet, og det skal man forholde sig til. Du kan slet ikke spille p\u00e5 udebane uden monitorering. I fodbold vil det svare til, at du er indbudt til en udekamp, men du aner ikke hvor du skal spille den, og s\u00e5 bliver det alts\u00e5 meget sv\u00e6rt at vinde. Der skal du bruge monitorering til at holde \u00f8je med dine ambassad\u00f8rer. Det betyder helt vildt meget for folk. Der skal offline og online smelte sammen. Det handler om at v\u00e6re social. Det handler ikke om at h\u00f8ste likes.
