That is a rollout. (#150, #162) 3/7 ▸ And they know it cannot be funded. The West does not have the men, the money, the logistics, or the supply lines for a large-scale war. Crooke's point, and it's correct: this is theatre for populations, not preparation for combat. So why do it?
