RT @armyinformcomua (Army Media 🇺🇦): Every morning, Karyna — callsign "Lysytsia" — wakes up, makes coffee, sends a message to her family: "Awake, everything is fine." Then she goes to work shooting down Russian drones. She is an interceptor drone operator with the 24th Separate Mechanised Brigade "King Danylo." Her job: find Russian reconnaissance and strike UAVs in the sky and destroy them before they reach their targets. She came to the military voluntarily. She gave birth to her daughter Angelina while already serving. The daily routine she describes is precise and unhurried — monitor the airspace, identify the target, wait for the interception command. Then: "Launch!" The drone is airborne within seconds, heading toward a Russian wing. She still considers herself a student. "I can't say I'm already a professional pilot. The hardest part is landing — finding our position among the trees, making the approach. But I had a strong desire to learn, and I'm certain I'm doing the right thing." Angelina turns two in August. Karyna hasn't been able to be beside her. So she is building something instead. "I want to buy a house for my daughter. If I can't be with her right now, I want to provide everything she needs. In a civilian job I would earn significantly less and couldn't do this." The new military contract system — performance-based pay, defined service terms — is part of what makes this calculation possible. A decision that was impossible on a civilian salary becomes achievable on a combat operator's income. Her message, in her own words: "I came here myself. Nobody forced me. I'm making my contribution and I call on others to defend Ukraine too. Our children will live here. Who, if not us, should protect this land?" Karyna is intercepting Russian drones so Angelina can grow up in her own home. That is the whole story. RT @jalle51 (Jarl Finland): A new era of warfare has begun. Ukraine’s 123rd Territorial Defense Brigade has executed the world’s first known coordinated sea-to-ground drone assault mission on the occupied Kinburn Spit. An unmanned surface vessel (USV) acted as a robotic ferry, navigating the Black Sea to deploy a heavily armed "Rys" unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) directly onto the enemy-held shoreline. Controlled remotely via complex drone relays, the combat UGV successfully disembarked and engaged Russian positions. This operational integration of maritime and ground robotics marks a massive leap in amfibious tactics, eliminating human risk on heavily mined and defended shores. #DroneWarfare #MilitaryInnovation #UkraineWar #UGV #KinburnSpit #BreakingNews

RT @jalle51 (Jarl Finland): A maritime drone campaign of unprecedented scale. Robert "Madyar" Brovdi, commander of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, announced that drone operators targeted a staggering 90 Russian vessels in the Sea of Azov between July 6 and July 12. The massive coordinated operation hit a wide range of logistics assets, including oil tankers, tugboats, ferries, and dry cargo ships. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, these specific vessels were actively backing Russian military logistics and moving petroleum products to bypass international sanctions. Ukraine has effectively turned the Sea of Azov into a no-go zone for Moscow's sanctioned supply fleet. #SeaOfAzov #DroneWarfare #Madyar #UnmannedSystems #UkraineWar #MilitaryLogistics #BreakingNews
