Islam is the new Nazism.. The most prominent example was Haj Amin al-Husseini (1895–1974), a Palestinian Arab nationalist and religious leader. Exiled by the British after the 1936–1939 Arab Revolt in Palestine, he fled to Berlin in 1941 and became a key Nazi collaborator. Meeting with Hitler (November 28, 1941): Husseini met Adolf Hitler in Berlin. He described Arabs as Germany's "natural friends" due to common enemies: "the English, the Jews, and the Communists." He sought Axis support for Arab independence and opposition to a Jewish homeland in Palestine.
