A presidential speech confirming that some UFO are of non human origin has reportedly been prepared and remains under consideration. Stephen Miller is said to be leading the White House effort. ODNI has created a UAP Governance Board. Outside advisory groups are involved, although most of their members and work remain hidden. The Trump administration directed intelligence agencies to release current and former government employees and contractors from previous UFO nondisclosure agreements when reporting to authorized officials. It also states that any agreement preventing information from reaching the President or his representatives is no longer in force. That doesn't mean public disclosure is guaranteed. It doesn't protect whistleblowers from every form of retaliation, and it doesn't force the government to release everything it receives. But what it does do is create a formal route around some of the walls that could've kept information from reaching the President in the first place. Dr Phil has now added another strange piece to the picture. He says he is in active dialogue with Trump and the administration, that he has advised the White House on how disclosure should be paced, and that President Trump is serious about the issue. He is also talking about preparing medical and psychological institutions for the consequences of an announcement that could fundamentally alter how people view religion, humanity and our place in the universe. Something organized is taking shape across the White House, intelligence agencies, Congress and outside advisory groups. Whether it ends with a historic announcement or disappears after the midterms remains unknown.
