😡🇺🇸😡 #Oleshky #RussianWarCrimes https://t.co/gZRR8g9GkG QT @Mariam__Lambert (Mariam Lambert : CEO Emile Foundation) Russia says Ukraine has repeatedly struck Oleshky with artillery and drones ahead of local ceasefire” — RUSSIA’S CLAIM ‼️ Anyone claiming credit for this ceasefire and praising it should feel ashamed. Russia invaded Oleshky. Russia abducted 84 children and adults with disabilities. Civilians have been left to starve for months under Russian occupation. And now Russia is presenting itself as the saviour while blaming Ukraine. As journalist @ZarinaZabrisky warned: 🔴 “A ceasefire in Russian-occupied Oleshky opens the way for a Kremlin-controlled press tour and gaslighting operation designed to shift blame for the humanitarian crisis onto Ukraine.” We are living in an absolutely dystopian world. I fear we will soon be shown images suggesting that Ukrainians want to go to Russia rather than Ukraine. But what choice do people have when they have been starving for months and the only humanitarian corridor offered to them leads to Russia? The First Lady’s chief of staff, who is coordinating this effort, is also claiming that Russian children are being taken, as though this is happening equally on both sides. Reuniting Russian children with relatives separated by war is not the same as the abduction and deportation of Ukrainian children by Russia. In my view, this ceasefire is being used to blame Ukraine and President Zelenskyy while presenting Russia as the saviour. This is exactly the outcome I feared. What gives me hope is that countries including Finland @alexstubb and Norway are working alongside President Zelenskyy @ZelenskyyUa and speaking about real dialogue and direct communication with Russia. This is the kind of effort we need to move towards genuine peace. Everyone responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity must be held accountable. Those who help cover up what has happened in Oleshky must also answer for their actions. 🔗 Link to the full article here: Russia says Ukraine has repeatedly struck Oleshky with artillery and drones ahead of local ceasefire https://t.co/OvUHBnh2O5

#Trump #Oleshky #SaveOleshkyNow #RussianWarCrimes 😡🇺🇸😡 https://t.co/0HsLawDPGT QT @ShaunPinnerUA (Shaun Pinner) I warned in my article that civilians must be free to choose where they go. Having literally been down this road before, I know why that matters. Lo and behold, the FT now reports evacuees will first be taken to occupied Crimea or Russia. What guarantees do they have of reaching Ukrainian-controlled territory?

#Oleshky #RussianWarCrimes 😡🇺🇸😡 https://t.co/0QTDKT9rQw QT @Bricktop_NAFO (Bricktop_NAFO) 🚨🚨🚨 PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS🚨🚨🚨 Whilst Melania claims she is saving the people in Oleshky who have been starving to death under Russia occupation and bombing, Russian forces for refusing to let Oleshky residents cross the short Dnipro River distance to Ukrainian-held areas during evacuations, directing them instead deeper into occupied Crimea or Russia where they risk further coercive processing. Melania has not secured ANY guarantees that Ukrainian residents will be transported to Ukrainian held territory where they will be safe following an evacuation form Oleshky.

#Oleshky #RussianWarCrimes https://t.co/4Pqv0tgLZS QT @wartranslated (WarTranslated) The regime of silence to unblock occupied Oleshky in the Kherson region will remain in effect until 10:59 PM on November 1. Meanwhile, the FT reports that people from Oleshky who wish to leave for Ukraine-controlled territory will first be taken to Crimea or Russia. Earlier, Zelenskyy warned that Russia would attempt to organize the routes so that people ultimately end up on Russian territory. Russian occupiers could use this for propaganda, portraying the departure of Ukrainians as a voluntary desire to move to Russia. https://t.co/IqIGGILvg9

#Oleshky 😡🇺🇸😡 #Trump #RussianWarCrimes https://t.co/rAk4g5wNTU QT @OstapYarysh (Ostap Yarysh) ‼️ This week, Putin will most likely try to turn the evacuation from Oleshky into a propaganda operation - rewriting the story and presenting Russia as the savior rather than the architect of the atrocity. Putin will try to portray himself as a humanitarian after Russia has starved people into desperation. He’ll try to exploit that desperation to take civilians to Russia and and portray it as their free choice. He’ll try to take more Ukrainian children under the pretext of “protecting” them. And he’ll try to blame Ukraine for the horrors Russia has unleashed on Oleshky. The American public - especially those who haven’t followed the story of Oleshky from the beginning and are hearing about it for the first time - must be aware of these tactics. Please read and share this incredibly important article by @siobhan_ogrady @nytimes on what’s really happening in Oleshky, including firsthand accounts from people trapped there because of Russia's blockade. The world must not let Putin turn a humanitarian catastrophe of his own making into a propaganda win. Gift link ➡️ https://t.co/k4JTWohZ8C
