Today, Israeli volunteers and Rabbis from Israel and America accompanying Palestinian farmers in Qarawat Bani Hassan were attacked by a settlers’ drone — and a soldier fired a shot in their direction. One Rabbis for Human Rights team member was lightly injured and evacuated to hospital. Around 30 volunteers from Rabbis for Human Rights and Standing Together were present to support farmers harvesting their olives near the settlements of Yakir, Revava, and the illegal outpost “Havat Yair.” According to reports, soldiers pointed their weapons at the volunteers and fired into the air to force them to return the drone.
