Big day for a more Electric Europe!⚡️🇪🇺 @DanJoergensen presents an ambitious yet realistic 46 % goal for EU electrification in 2040. That's *double* the current rate. With a comprehensive action plan and concrete initiatives, Europe is moving towards a greener, cheaper, and more secure energy future. The importance of electrification has been regrettably overlooked for too long by most EU Member States. With the new action plan from the European Commission, the ball is now very much in the Member States' court. @GreenPowerDK has been advocating for both a European (✅) and a Danish (still pending) Electrification Action Plan since 2024 and as the chart shows there's definitely room for improvement and a clear need for today's laundry list of electrification initiatives. #eudk #dkgreen
