He was arrested along with 15 others, most of them young people. The Revolutionary Court has sentenced him to death plus 11 years in prison, reportedly on charges including moharebeh (“waging war against God”), assembly and collusion, destruction of public property, and anti-regime activity. The verdict is not yet final and can still be appealed. Reports also raise serious concerns about restricted access to lawyers and disputes over the evidence used against the defendants.
