RT @benny0692698414 (benny 🇩🇰 🇫🇴 🇬🇱 🇪🇺 🇺🇦): 🇬🇱🇩🇰 NO, TRUMP – DENMARK HAS NOT GIVEN GREENLAND TO THE UNITED STATES! Donald Trump now claims that Denmark has handed Greenland over to the United States and that America has obtained both Greenland and Venezuela completely free of charge. But where is the evidence? Let's look at the facts instead of political declarations. 1. GREENLAND HAS NOT BEEN HANDED OVER TO THE UNITED STATES. Greenland remains part of the Kingdom of Denmark and has its own self-government. There is no publicly documented agreement transferring sovereignty over Greenland to the United States. 2. TRUMP HIMSELF SIGNED AN AGREEMENT RECOGNIZING DANISH SOVEREIGNTY! On September 22, 2026, the United States, Denmark, and Greenland signed a new defense agreement. The agreement explicitly recognizes the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Kingdom of Denmark, as well as the Greenlandic people's right to self-determination. So how can Trump now claim that Denmark has simply given Greenland away? 3. MILITARY ACCESS IS NOT OWNERSHIP! The United States has obtained expanded military rights in Greenland. But access to military bases, defense installations, and strategic cooperation does not make Greenland American territory. Having military forces stationed in another country does not mean you own that country. 4. GREENLAND'S FUTURE IS NOT DONALD TRUMP'S DECISION! The Greenlandic people have the right to self-determination. Greenland's Self-Government Act establishes a democratic process for deciding the country's political future, including possible independence. Greenland is not a piece of real estate that Denmark can simply give away without the Greenlandic people's participation and consent. 5. WHERE IS THE SUPPOSED REAL ESTATE DEAL? Trump calls this one of the greatest real estate deals in history. Then let him answer some very simple questions: Where is the purchase agreement? Where is the legal transfer of sovereignty? Where is the official announcement from Denmark and Greenland? Where is the evidence that Greenland has become American territory? A defense agreement is not a real estate transaction. 6. VENEZUELA IS NOT AMERICAN PROPERTY EITHER! Trump also claims that the United States has obtained Venezuela for nothing. But military involvement, economic influence, or political control does not automatically transfer a country's sovereignty. Venezuela does not become American territory simply because Donald Trump declares that America has "gotten" it. 7. AND WHAT ABOUT TRUMP'S CLAIM THAT EVERYTHING WAS FREE? Even when a defense agreement contains no purchase price, military operations, infrastructure, construction, and maintaining military installations still cost money. The United States is responsible for funding its own military facilities and operations. No purchase price does not mean no costs. HERE IS THE QUESTION TRUMP NEEDS TO ANSWER: If Denmark really gave Greenland to the United States, why did Donald Trump himself sign an agreement recognizing Danish sovereignty and the Greenlandic people's right to self-determination? Military cooperation does not equal territorial ownership. A military base is not a country. Political influence is not sovereignty. And a presidential speech is not a legally binding transfer of territory. GREENLAND HAS NOT BEEN SOLD. GREENLAND HAS NOT BEEN GIVEN AWAY. GREENLAND HAS NOT BECOME PART OF THE UNITED STATES. And the Greenlandic people have not suddenly become Americans because Donald Trump made a statement at a political rally. 🇬🇱 Greenland belongs to the Greenlandic people. Their future is theirs to decide. 🇩🇰 Denmark has not transferred Greenland to the United States. 🇺🇸 If President Trump claims otherwise, the burden of proof is on him. Extraordinary claims require actual evidence — even when they come from the President of the United States. #Greenland #Denmark #DonaldTrump #GreenlandIsNotForSale #Sovereignty #SelfDetermination #FactsMatter
