Denmark fully supports efforts by International Criminal Court, Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine, and work to create Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine, and International Claims Commission for Ukraine. We need to be clear in calling this a war of choice. We call again on Putin to finally end the war that he started. However, we fully aware that so far, there are no signs of his willingness to choose peace. We therefore also call on international community to increase pressure on Russia to finally end the killing and destruction, to support comprehensive, just, and lasting peace in line with UN Charter. Anything less would be a failure of our responsibility.
